Yamazaki 25 Years Old 70cl

This is a super premium whisky carefully vatted from key malts and aged over 25 years in sherry butts. It's available in limited quantities only of approximately 12,000 bottles per year.

 

Whiffs of sweet sherry notes. A great aromatic complexity of sweet and bitter flavors brought out by ultra-long aging. An enchantingly deep, long finish.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep mahogany.

Nose: raisins, strawberry jam, tomato puree, rosemary, bitter chocolate, cocoa and almonds.

Palate: Very sour, slightly bitter, deep.

Finish: Dried fruit, oaky, sour, bitter, lingering.
