Bowmore 25 Years Old 70cl

One of Bowmore's most highly awarded whiskies, the 25 years old has received acclaim from throughout the world. The list includes gold medal at ISC, The Crème de la Crème in spirits for 2003 Highest Recommendation, Wine Enthusiast's Best of Year 2003 and a 5 star rating in Paul Pacult's Spirits Journal 2000 & 2002.

Maturing for 25 years in a marriage of American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks this is a "sensational malt". Paul Pacult even proclaims it as "doubtless one of the finest single malts to be found in the market place".

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep, Rich Mahogany.
Nose: Intense sherry and stewed fruits with a trace of Bowmore smokiness.
Palate: After twenty five years, delicious toffee and hazelnut have mellowed together with just a hint of sweet peat smoke.
Finish: Mellow, gentle and incredibly complex. Savour every drop.
